Moreover, the state-of-the-art laboratory of this unit is equipped with advanced devices such as German made Spectro quantum meter (which is unique in its kind) to control product quality. The expert technicians in this section precisely control and analyze the alloy and produce the billets with the alloy of 5000-6000-7000 and after conducting the process of homogenization the alloys are sent to the unit of profile production in order to carry out the extrusion process.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-489\" src=\"http:\/\/hekmati.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/pro-2-e1513178557386.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hekmati.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/pro-2-e1513178557386.jpg 600w, https:\/\/hekmati.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/pro-2-e1513178557386-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>\r\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><strong>Design and production of mold<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">The section of mold production in this complex is one of the rare and unique sections in the northwest of the country in terms f capacity and facilities. The molds are designed and produced in this unit with the help of the best type of European hot work steel and advanced tools and soft wares. And after being tested and controlled, the produced profiles enter to the aging furnace in order to gain enough strength.
